Return Policy
- We accept unworn products purchased exclusively from Rannas.com within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subject to a $10 re-stock fee
Processing a return is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Submit Return Request Online
- Log in to your account by clicking the link located in the upper right hand corner of Rannas.com. If you don't have a Rannas.com account, create one. From your Dashboard, select "Return" for the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. If you received the item as a gift, search for the order by clicking on the "Create a Return" link on the My Returns Page. Be sure to select the button indicating that "I received this as a gift."
- Follow the easy step-by-step guide. Select items, reason for return, and shipping method. You can get a refund back to your original form of payment. We recommend creating a UPS Return Shipping Label online (most popular option!), but you can also take the package to the carrier of your choice.
Step 2: Package Item(s)
- You can use your original RANNAS shipment box, or any unmarked cardboard box — just make sure there's no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box! Be sure to include the downloadable Return Form in your box, along with your unworn item(s).
Step 3: Ship Back to RANNAS
- Mail your package back to RANNAS! If you chose to print a UPS return label, drop your package off at an authorized UPS Shipping Center. Find the UPS Shipping Center nearest you here. We will process your request as soon as we receive your item(s). Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping methods
- All domestic orders ship exclusively with UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to Australia ship via USPS.
Shipping cost
- Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location and other various UPS charges.
Times
- RANNAS does not ship orders the same day they are placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing on all orders placed with UPS ground. All expedited orders will be processed for shipment on the following business day. You will receive a UPS tracking number along with your shipping confirmation email once the order has processed and shipped.
